This is your source for Association information, including actions taken by the Board of Directors, notices of meetings, meeting minutes, financial documents, and current activities, such as active construction or other work being conducted within the neighborhood.
We also encourage active engagement on our Facebook Page.
We, the Board of Directors, strive to be transparent and communicate effectively with the Association Members to make ours a well-run HOA.
Friendly reminder, as a property owner your ability to vote on HOA matters, in elections, request information, and participate in open Board meetings requires that you are a member in good standing; meaning that you are current on your annual dues and any assessments.
Collectively we all benefit when the HOA operates with a strong financial position. This ensures we can maintain roads, lakes, causeways, and common areas.
